It's a nice place to go when you are down in the dumps, focusing on the negative and feel you have nothing to be happy about. Just click on the reminder link they send you and get redirected to focusing on the positive.
Everyone has at least 5 things to be thankful for, right?
Examples, if you need them would be:
(1) you have good health;
(2) your family has good health;
(3) your dog has good health;
(4) your pet rock has good health;
(5) you are employed;
(6) your spouse is employed;
(7) your kid got an A in math;
(8) you did not experience a drive-by shooting today;
(9) you have a friend (You do, ya know. You always have me.);
(10) you did not get beat up today;
(11) you do not have a toothache;
(12) your car was not stolen;
(13) you have a roof over your head;
(14) you are still alive. (That actually is a blessing, even if it seems a bit disguised right now).

So, sign up for the daily reminders so you can jot down 5 happy thoughts per day and it's bound to cheer you up, if you are in need. I'm pretty happy (these days, anyway) but I jot down my happy thoughts every day, just to keep me focused on the positive. It's always better to think of what good things are in your life than the alternative. Keeps you on the road to prosperity and of love and your glass will always be overflowing rather than half empty or drained dry. Kind of gives you a warm fuzzy feeling, now doesn't it?
